The  Serenity Method

The Serenity Method™ is a nervous-system–based coaching approach that helps you stop overgiving, overthinking, and chasing love and start feeling calm, clear, and secure in your relationships.

This isn’t just insight or mindset work. You’ll learn how to respond differently in real moments; when you feel triggered, when you want to reach out, or when you’re about to abandon yourself to keep someone else.

Instead of repeating the same patterns, you begin choosing yourself. You set boundaries without guilt, trust your instincts, and feel safe in relationships that are consistent and mutual.

At its core, this work helps you become someone who doesn’t chase love, you choose it, and it chooses you back.

Meet Your Coach

I’m Lynnette, a registered nurse with 16 years of experience across psychiatric and addiction recovery settings, now working as an aesthetic and holistic nurse coach.

I’ve spent my career helping people understand their patterns, regulate their emotions, and create real behavioral change — not just talk about it.

And I kept seeing the same thing:

Women investing in external glow-ups, while still feeling anxious, insecure, and unfulfilled in their relationships.

Overgiving. Overthinking. Attracting inconsistency. Questioning their worth. I’ve lived that pattern too.

That’s why my work focuses on what actually changes it.

The Serenity Method™ is a nervous-system–based approach that helps you catch your patterns in real time, regulate your responses, and start choosing yourself without guilt or second-guessing.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or trying harder.
It’s about becoming someone who feels calm, clear, and self-trusting and naturally chooses relationships that are mutual, consistent, and safe.

If you're curious whether this work is right for you, let's talk.

What People Are Saying

  • I've gotten way more consistent in taking care of myself, even when nobody's watching, which has been really helpful for my mental health and also like my self-concept. I'm also way more comfortable now setting boundaries and not worrying about how the other person's going to react. I know that it’s not my responsibility. I can’t predict it and what I’m responsible for is communicating and stating my needs. I'm feeling a lot more in control of my life. I'm feeling a lot more, like, empowered and confident to do the things I want to do. And I’m way less scared of other people’s reactions, and I feel like I have more authority over my decisions and that’s a really cool place to be. Lynnette has such a knowledge of everything about, like, healing, and your psyche, and mental health, and so I feel like we're...Speaking the same language, which was really helpful, because I knew a lot of the concepts you were talking about, and we could just jump right into it. You’ll be a good match for anybody that has a lot of awareness around healing and mental health

  • "This work feels different from any therapy I’ve done before. It’s not surface-level. Lynnette has such a calming, validating presence which had me feeling very seen, grounded, and supported the entire time. I’m more confident in my choices and no longer second-guess myself in relationships.”

    Lillian M. (former client)

  • “As a nurse, I’m used to taking care of everyone else. This coaching was the first time I felt truly validated and supported instead of being told to ‘just cope better.’ I learned how to regulate my nervous system instead of overriding it, and it’s changed how I show up at work and in my relationships.”
