The Serenity Method
The Serenity Method is a nervous-system–based, relational approach to coaching designed to help women build emotional safety, self-trust, and secure attachment and glow up from the inside out.
This work goes beyond insight and mindset. It focuses on embodied personal identity shifts: how you relate to yourself and others, how you respond in moments of stress, and how you choose relationships that feel calm, consistent, and nourishing.
At its core, the Serenity Method is about becoming the kind of woman who no longer chases love, she embodies it.
Meet Your Coach
I’m Lynette, a registered nurse and holistic nurse coach who helps women break free from anxious attachment and people-pleasing patterns, so they can build emotional safety, self-trust, and relationships that feel calm, consistent, and nourishing.
My approach is nervous-system–based and deeply relational. This isn’t about fixing yourself or trying harder, it’s about becoming regulated enough to choose differently, without guilt or second-guessing.
This work is grounded in both professional trauma informed training and lived experience, and it’s designed to support real, embodied identity transformations that lasts beyond insight.
If you're curious whether this work is right for you, let's talk.
What People Are Saying
-
"This work feels different from any therapy I’ve done before. It’s not surface-level. Lynnette has such a calming, validating presence which had me feeling very seen, grounded, and supported the entire time. I’m more confident in my choices and no longer second-guess myself in relationships.”

“I came into this work exhausted; from dating, from people-pleasing, from constantly feeling taken for granted and questioning myself. I thought something was wrong with me. What I found in working with Lynnette wasn’t just coaching, it was safety. I learned how to recognize when my body was in anxiety versus true connection. I stopped chasing emotionally unavailable people because I didn’t want to anymore. I know how to trust myself now. I choose myself. And the validation I was looking for in others was something I learned to create within.”

“As a nurse, I’m used to taking care of everyone else. This coaching was the first time I felt truly validated and supported instead of being told to ‘just cope better.’ I learned how to regulate my nervous system instead of overriding it, and it’s changed how I show up at work and in my relationships.”
